Ivan Toliver

President

Ivan Toliver graduated from Trine University in Angola, IN with a BS in civil engineering.  He has been working in the structural engineering and construction industry since 2008 with experience ranging from forensic construction inspections to evaluate defects of commercial/residential structures to full structural designs of various building types.

Ivan’s structural engineering experience includes the design of residential, commercial, and industrial projects as well as renovation designs of existing structures, fall protection investigation, steel bar joist and girder analysis and repair.

Ivan is currently a registered Professional Engineer in 17 states including: Arizona, Colorado, Connecticut, Florida, Georgia, Indiana, Kentucky, Maryland, Michigan, Missouri, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, and Texas.

Ivan is a member of the American Society of Civil Engineers and the American institute of Steel Construction (AISC).

Ivan started CSP Engineering in 2018 and the company is certified by the state of Indiana as a Minority Business Enterprise (MBE).
